Can I pay my bill online?

Yes you can. Our preferred method is via BACS, using our account number 74249577 and sort code 40-18-17. Please mention the invoice number and your last name when doing so. We accept PayPal payments using our email address

How do I make an insurance claim?

There are many insurance companies out there and each of them operates slightly differently. If you have any doubts, please ring our office on +44 (0) 1527 591 047 and we will help you. Alternatively, you can ring our vets directly on their mobile and they will be happy to help.


Can I order a repeat prescription?

Yes you can. Either email us on or ring our office on +44 (0) 1527 591 047. We might need to reassess your horse from time to time depending on the case.

How far do you go?

Our operating radius is fairly big. We stretch to Yorkshire, Cheshire, Shropshire, Wales, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Oxfordshire, Somerset, Wiltshire and obviously Gloucestershire.

We also attend thoroughbred sales in the United Kingdom, Ireland and France. We perform private vettings abroad on a regular basis. 

Therefore, the chances are we will be in your area in the near future. Give us a call and we will do our best to attend your horse as soon as we can.


What type of diagnostic equipment do you carry with you?

Quite a lot! All of us carry an x-ray machine, ultrasound scanner, endoscope, gastroscope, shockwave machine, surgical equipment, dental rasps and other little bits and bobs. This means we will be able to help you at your premises. Give us a call and let us know what’s wrong with your horse, and we will make sure we are fully kitted up when we turn up at the yard.
