Meet the Team

Years have gone by since we started back in 2017 – and our team has steadily grown over the years. From a one-man band to a strong team of vets, our drive hasn’t changed from day one and our goal still the same: to provide a friendly, top-notch veterinary service and do our best to make sure your horse comes home a bit quicker than the others in the race. We continuously invest in education, continuing professional development, equipment and facilities.

PAOLO GUASCO

Founding Vet

Born and raised on a beef farm in northern Italy, Paolo graduated from vet school in Turin in 2008 after five and a half years of adventures. His journey led them to internships in Lexington and Fethard, where Paolo found exceptional mentors. By chance, he ended up in the Cotswolds, where he was embraced by the Albutt family, helping England feel like home. After several years of working for others, Paolo started Guasco and Associates in the summer of 2017. Over time, his team has grown, and he now leads a talented group of professionals. When not working… well, that never happens − he’s always working!
